P3, Codex:DA "Important Note: Dark Angels Masters, Grand Masters,
Librarians, Interrogator-Chaplains, and some Veteran Sergeants are members
of the Deathwing, and therefore have Terminator Honors. The +1 Attack bonus
has already been included in their characteristics, and may not be given
again. For the same reason they do not gain the +1 attack bonus if given
Teminator Armor".

I am seeing Terminatro Honors on the list of allowed Wargear for a DA
charcter and it grants them an extra attack. Though, interestingly engough,
termi armor does not grant them an extra attack.

I forgot to disallow Terminator Honours for the Dark Angels etc. I did
remember to disable the extra attack for terminator armour, though :)
