Errors Loading from the Rise of the Runelords Encounter Library

I just purchased the Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path. However, when I try to load any encounter from the encounter library, I get "missing bootstrap" errors similar to the one shown below. Any guidance regarding how I can correct this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Errors were encountered when loading the saved portfolio! A record of these errors can be found in the file "C:\Users\Gladiator66\AppData\Local\Temp\hero_lab_load_issues.log". If you notice incorrect behaviors in your portfolio, please report it to the data file authors (you can contact them from the Help menu).

That will be something on their end, but you can submit a bug report. That way, it will be brought directly to the attention of the people who fix these things for us.
 
When you see that "Chained pick" message, take whatever string follows it and search for that here on the forum. Often that will tell you which source has the problem.
 
This is a false error report - Hero Lab's reporting a problem that doesn't actually impact anything. Click OK - do you have any problems using those characters?

This has already been reported, and what we'll do is to load and re-save the portfolio in question, which will remove the error message.
