Error while retrieving licenses updates: Unauthorized

I have just started getting this error message on my main machine running hero lab (I have 3 licenses, one for my machine, one for my laptop and one for my tablet.). I have not had this problem on my tablet or laptop yet. But every time i check for updates i get the message

Error while retrieving licenses updates: Unauthorized

This was apparently fixed in v 3.16 as per the previous thread so any help is appreciated.
