Error loading goblins kobolds and more in tactical console

Hi I just purchased hero lab pathfinder and bestiary 1 and advanced players guide today.
Just trying out I made two pc then I want to try them in tactical console
They load great but then I load enemy's kobolds hobgoblins or goblins and I get an error message about advanced race guide or some other issue. But they are only monsters I fight. So why carnt I load them correctly. Maybe I'm doing something daft I don't know. I'm loving hero lab but I'd be really grateful if someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. Or is there a problem

Kobold and

I'm away from my laptop now.
As I remember the ones I loaded were just named
Kobold
Hobgoblin
The goblin one might have had some descriptor
Basically then came the error message
I loaded some monster crabs and a couple of other monsters and they loaded fine.
From what I remember the kobolds hobgoblins a peered in the rightmost column but they were different colour pink purple or something like that.
The warning mentioned something about the advanced race guide and something else about file not loading or installed right( carnt quite remember though. I haven't purchased advanced race guide yet ( I will do next month when I have spare cash) I am loading them as enemy not allies so do not understand why the message mention ARG

If you click OK on the error message, are there any other problems? Can you use these monsters after that?
 
Tried kobolds as enemy's
Long paragraph mention the error
Then one paragraph says word for word
" the following. Sources are not present in " kobold" which may cause problems during load: " advanced race guide" "kobolds of goal ripon"

As you probably know I haven't bought the advanced race guide I will do soon enough
I loaded them as enemy into tactical console

I loaded thre kobold
On the right dashboard they are loaded
The first ones name " kobold #1" is in purple

On the tactical console they are red named the info is loaded
After clicking new combat they loaded
Is this ok ?
If so why do I get the message
 
The fact that you're getting the error is a mistake on our part. But the solution is simple - ignore the error and keep working. There's not actually anything wrong with the portfolio - that it's reporting an error is the error.
