Hi, I don't know who to address this to... but when a character is
mounted on a monster the armor save does not improve as it should.
Just a minor thing but annoying.

To my knowledge, characters do NOT gain any save bonus when riding a
monster. You may want to re-check this in the rulebooks. Granted, I'm not
an expert on WFB, but I believe your interpretation is incorrect. The
author of the WFB files is on this forum, so he'll see your post and can
fix it if it is indeed an error.

You do not get a save bonus for riding a monster. That has been handled with increased wounds and toughness for the mount, which can now be targetted (in a way). I don't have the rulebook with me but I believe the specific rule is covered under "Monstrous Mounts" or simply "Mounts". I hope this helps.

OUCH! I've been cheating my opponents for years. I thought +1 for
being mounted meant meant mounted on anything. Thanks for the info.
