When I try to run hero lab I get this error before the program loads.

Error on line #13 in C:\herolab\product\.\base_updates cfg.xml -
Unrecognized attributes 'scalemax' in element 'form'

I have not updated the program in a while, and my army builder works just fine.
 
That error implies that something is mucked up with the basic product installation. The current version has become corrupted somehow.

The easiest way to fix this error is to simply install the product again. You do *not* need to uninstall first. Simply install the product again, allowing it to overwrite the current version. This should fix the error and get you running smoothly again.
