I and several friends are getting an error in HLO

My license is good until July 2025

There are no level restrictions on characters using only the following classes and ancestries: cleric, fighter, rogue, wizard, dwarf, elf, goblin, human. Other characters are limited to 1st level, and XP cannot be earned beyond that point. Upgrade to a full license or use content sharing to unlock. Upgrade Now

We cannot make changes or make the error go away.

How do we fix this?
 
Email support with more detail. Do you all have a license? Are you using content sharing with someone who has 'Patron' (with active license) and are you all Apprentice/Standard accounts?
(This post would be better in the forum section for whatever game you are playing... PF1, PF2?)

Are you using content sharing with someone who has 'Patron' - No. I am a player and I have a cohort I share with only my husband. We are both playing. But another player also gets the same error and not sharing with him.

We are playing PF2 not PF2eRevised
