Error in Chaos Section

The Current Datafiles allow Havoc Missle Launcher to be attached to
any vehicle.
The codex says they may only be put on a chaos drednaught.

The Codex is wrong. Just like how their is a combi-bolter on chaos rhino's
and not storm bolters. Chaos doesn't have access to storm bolters.
