Error after installing latest update

Hi,

I am getting the following after updating, any thoughts ?

"The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded you can access the editor to correct any errors.

One or more packages is for a mismatched version of data files and cannot be loaded. Download updated file packages via the updates mechanism and try loading again"

When I try to follow the instructions it does not work and the errors again.

I have tried a fresh install and completely removed my old files but still comes up with this after trying ti install the latest pf update.

I am on a desktop

Does anyone have any ideas, my hero lab is currently useless whenever I install the new update. I have completely removed Hero Lab and re-installed removing all files. The software works until I install the new update.

Please, Please Help

Just as a query to double check, when you say you've deleted all the files, you do mean the ones in Program Data/Hero Lab as well as those in Program Files?

Thanks Portilis, seems there were some files that I had not deleted that were causing the issue, I have now cleared the pathfinder game and reinstalled using the latest update and it seems fine, slowly adding the community files back in 1 at a time :)

Thanks again for the help
