I am giving HLO my scheduled 3 month trial to see how it is progressing.

I am having a lot of issues with wealth, treasure, and purchasing stuff in general.

1) Custom Purchase Price - As far as I can tell, it doesn't work no matter what price I place in the input boxes above it. Positive or negative numbers.

2) Treasure Management - I can't find any form of treasure management. Is there any way to add and subtract cash?

3) Is there any way to add 4 characters to a party? Is there any wealth sharing between members?

this feature is bugged, currently it doesn't "make change" for you. so if you have, say, 15gp 0sp, and choose to buy something for a custom price of 5sp, it returns an error instead of "breaking" one of your gold coins into silver. it only works if you happen to have exact change in the right denominations.

there IS a way to add/subtract money, but it's hard to find and rather clunky. go to the Journal tab and add a journal entry. then click the gear icon on the new journal entry to open it up. from there you can add or subtract cash-- but note that nothing actually gets added until you click the "Add Wealth or XP" button below. also note, if you're using the Demo version you can only have one journal entry at a time (but you can add/subtract cash as often as you want from the same journal entry).

not yet, however the upcoming "Campaigns" feature should allow this and more. a beta version is due to be released by the end of January (although that date is an estimate not a promise, and historically LW tends to overshoot their deadlines, often by months)

This is now live, BTW. No loot transferring yet, but seems to work pretty well to have a combined summary view of all PCs based live on individual characters edited by each player.
 
I am having an issue with formulas. I was trying to equip a potency crystal but I then moved it to me and it turned into a formula for some reason. Now that it is a formula is can't be removed/sold/etc.
