Equipment request

Can you add an option that excludes equipment from the power limits.

I am planning to run a low power game and that option would be very helpful.

Thanks,

What do you mean by "Excludes equipment from the power limits"? There
are no power limits on equipment right now, as far as I know...

I think he's talking about not having things like weapon damage from Equipment count against PL, because he's running an "Agents" game where the Equipment isn't really counted as part of the character (sort of like what the Hero System people call "Heroic" instead of "Superheroic" settings).

As a workaround, I would suggest either tracking Equipment separate from the characters themselves (though I realize that can get kind of awkward) or using the "No Power Level Limits" option and just keeping any eye on PLs "manually" (also possibly awkward, in a different way).

it is awkward, but if you build the characters with the PL cap in mind and then change the option to track pl limits after you have validation set, you could then add the weapons and not be bothered with the limits.
