(This may be a repeat, having trouble with my email program, sorry if
it is)

Couple of Epic 40k Questions:

1) Who maintains/writes the Datafiles? (no bugs just questions)

2) How difficult is it to make a sub-list (IE: Dark Eldar using
renamed Eldar units).

Very likely trivial. You'd need to use 4-5 attributes at the most, I think.
