Enhancement Request - Spells

Not a bug just need for enhancement. Some spells, such as Ray of Frost, use both a spell attack roll and a damage roll. This type of spell should be set up similar to a weapon so you can generate both from a single screen. Other spell such as Electric Arc have a DC and generate damage. These spells don't need a spell attack roll, even though that is what is on HKO now.

Please consider changing how spell are presented in the play section.
