M&M 3rd ed. Enhanced Trait

Is there a way in HeroLab to apply Enhanced Trait (from the rulebook, rather than the HL power) to powers? We've got Enhanced Ability and Enhanced Extra, but i can't seem to find a way to boost a specific power.
 
You're looking for the +0 "Stacks With" Extra. As with my answer on the Ronin Army boards, you only apply it one way (if you have Speed 2 and Speed 2 [Flaw: Only in daylight hours], you put Stacks With on the second one with the target being the first one), and there is very little checking for whether a set of powers are compatible.
