Encounter Library Crash

When I click on Encounter Library, Hero Lab times out (spinning wheel of death) and then fails to start. What gives?
Further testing: It comes up if you let the spinning wheel of death run 5 minutes. Once you select an encounter and import, the spinning wheel of death comes back for about 3 minutes. This doesn't happen with Encounter Builder--just the library.

I get the same issue. I just have been waiting it out. Could it be a RAM issue on my comp? Its older.
 
In the Tools menu, Diagnostics, make sure you do not have "Enable Debug Tracing" turned on. That can cause the issue you're describing.
