For the new Encounter builder being worked on for a release yet to be determined... Am I correct in assuming that the characters/NPCs pulled in by that Builder can then be modified?
 
I see no response on this yet. I'm also curious to know if there is a way to get a 'scale' showing "Friend" vs. "Enemy" vs. "NPC" scorecard, or some way that if I properly flag my profiles, I can know what my *current* party aggregate CR is vs. the CR of the opposing group.
 
Aleslosh, the encounter builder will be to select stock portfolios to import. Once they are imported you can modify them as you see fit, though if you change their CR then that will make the original quoted figures incorrect.
 
Romaq, I'm not totally clear what you mean. Do you mean have the encounter builder look at the strength of the heroes in the destination portfolio (I.E. the PCs) and calculate their strength to compare with the strength of the added encounter monsters?
