Ok, I'm still working on my first AB data file and ran into another snag.

I have a stat that needs to be listed as multi-stat (i.e. 5/4). I have set
the seperator flag in the defintion file to "/" and then enabled the the
"strm" flag in the local attributes section of the Unit tab. The stat
itself was entered as "5|4" in ABCreator. When I try and save the new unit,
I get an "invalid field" error for the multi-stat field. Anyone know what
I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!
Clint

You can't enter "5|4" in the box for the stat; you need to do it with the
attributes that change a stat to have text in it (for example, stxt, and I
think attr). I think.

To get stats to display as 5/4 etc. make sure that you pay attention to the attributes that you use to modify them. For example the base of the stat is 5+ and you use an attribute that modifies the stat (not base stat) to +1 then the stat will display 5+/4+. If you modify the base stat +1, it will display 4+
Hope this confusing explanation makes a little sense to you.
Cheers,
