Eldritch Disciple & Eldritch blast

It seems that the Increase in magic levels isnt adding to the total class lvl for increasing eldritch blast damage. Where would be a good place to ask for help editing the user file? I found adding levels of Hellfire Warlock does increase this if that helps.
