Eldrad and Warlocks

I downloaded the latest update and now Eldrad can only be accompanied by his own personal guard of 8 warlocks. First of all, I don't understand why it is only 8 instead of 10 and second, why is it specific to him. I don't see anything in the rules to indicate that this should be the case.
 
It looks to me like something I remember from a codex ago, they may have accidently resurrected it. 40K bug reports are generally best at www.ab40K.org (which is listed in the FAQ from within AB), and I found that this issue is already posted there.
