I think I found a bug in the latest 40K datafile. When you select the Seer
Council for Ulthwe Eldar, it lists the 3 default Warlocks together and will
only let you pick one Warlock Power for all three, not one Power for each
Warlock. Each Warlock can have one power, not one power amongst the three
of them.

To make the Warlocks individuals
Click on ADD WARLOCK twice so you have three of them.
Then you can hit the "-" button twice to reduce the
first Warlock to 1 instead of 3.

Its a default, works if you want them identical
otherwise you just add more individuals

Hope this helps

Check the first question in the Army Builder 40,000 FAQ:

Q. How can I give different members of a unit different Wargear or
Equipment?

A. Just use the 'Add Extra ', 'Add More ' or 'Add Additional '
buttons to create smaller child units of the main unit. You can then
reduce the size of the main unit to however many you want.

I have been known to ask these kinds of questions on the list :) I had no
idea the FAQ was actually built into the army file! I believe its under help
on the toolbar.
