efficient quiver

when placing arrows into the efficient quiver, the arrows retain their weight. but the efficient quiver is supposed to weigh 2 lbs regardless of contents. is that a bug or is there some special mechanic im not seeing.
 
I played around with this some. The bug appears to be that the Efficient Quiver doesn't have a weight set at all. However, as far as I can tell, it is correctly not passing on the weight of the arrows contained within it to the wearer.
 
Thatnks for the report, could you repost this to the bug thread then? We're currently doing a sweep through of the old items, so it is especially of note.
