Editor Question: What Happened to the Specials Tab?

Maybe I'm going crazy, but didn't there used to be a "Specials" tab in addition to the Racial Special tab?
I am trying to fine tune a template that I had made with a previous version of HL/PF and it has "xDamRdMag" bootstrapped to it. I would like to create a new version of that from a copy, but, for the life of me, I can't seem to find where xDamRdMag is from??? It doesn't show up on any of the current "specials" tabs!

Am I going crazy?
