Editor questions.. New/Enhaced race & class

When creating a new/custom race (in this case an "enhanced" Xeph), I am running into a number of issues. Mainly, the core HL seems to throw an error in > 10 Race points. Can I bypass this or set a higher limit in the Editor?

I would use the Custom Race builder in core HL, but it does not recognize any of the Psionics Traits other than "Wild Talent" as a 2pt Static Feat.

Other issues when creating a custom class ("Unchained Cleric" as a Paladin/Cleric merge) with getting everything linked.
