Where are the source files to edit? I looked in ProgramData/HeroLab/data/5e but all I saw were some empty folders?

I wanted to start adding backgrounds since it seems like they werent included...
 
I understand that. I launched the Editor. But it asks to load files,.

Where ARE those files?

you have to make a file >tools>editor>new file

once the new file is open you can begin inputing information
