How hard is it to create feats? I would like to enter metamagic feats as well as other with things like uses, I have made quite a few basic things on there.
 
Are you asking about Hero Lab Online or Hero Lab Classic? To my knowledge, Hero Lab Online has no capability to edit the system. You can only create and manage characters within the context of what's already there.

You should be posting in the Hero Lab Classic forum for the game system that you are using - not the ONLINE forum.
What game system do you want to make feats for? (Presume its 3.5 or PF1) Feats are pretty easy - find an existing feat that does something similar and copy the way it does it.
