Editing Language names

Sorry to ask the blatantly obvious - but to me it isn't.

There are R-click menus that offer the greyed out option to change the name of a pre-designied language, like common, or elven. But, they are greyed out.

What do I need to do to 'ungrey' them? I serached the forums, but I fal to find the naswer, so it must be exceddingly simple - so colour me ignorant - or the question so hidden I failed to find it.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Well, this isn't an answer but rather a potential work-around. There is an "Other Language" selection available, in which you enter whatever you want. So you might use this in place of a predefined language. Wouldn't work if you want to rename a language that some character(s) get automatically, but maybe it could help some.

Cheers, I did use that.

I found also that there is an option to disable starting anguages - perhaps that will get rid pof the Common entry.

Still, curious why the R-click option is greyed out and what could be done to ungrey it.
