Dwarf Slayer Army Disspell Dice

A slayer army generates additional (to usual 4) 1 disspell dice per each 1000 points.
So, a Slayer army roster of 2000 points generates:
4(usual dwarf disspells) + 2(1 per 1000) = 6 disspell dice.

Currently it shows only 4 in the roster summary.

Also (not quite a bug):
At least some special characters should be allowed in a slayer army list.
Garagrim Ironfist is specifically a Slayer Army special Character.

Quote from GW: "Garagrim Ironfist is a Lord unit choice in a Dwarf or Slayer army. In a Slayer army he must be the army general unless Ungrim Ironfist is present. In a Dwarf army he may not be the army general."

Of course someone like King Alrik would never join a slayer army, but a White Dwarf or Gortek and Felix definately would.

SoC armies can only use special characters in which rules it is specifically mentioned that they can be taken. Only Ungrim and Garagrim are available for Slayer armies (similarly, only Borgut and Grimgor are available for 'Ardboyz army and only Morathi for CoS army).

That makes sense. It wouldn’t be bad to have those two added. Also, and more importantly, the issue with disspel dice still remains.

Also, here is one more issue with the slayer army. Right now a battle standard bearer is allowed a choice of a great weapon or a second hand weapon. In non-slayer armies this is disallowed. Is this a slayer perk or a bug?
