AB is invalidating my dwarf lord because when i combine a magic runic weapon and shieldbearers it is saying it is making the weapon poisoned?

This combination makes armor save = 0. I think it can never be less than 1.

Please check page 64 of the Warhammer Fantasy Battle 6th edition rulebook under the heading 'Maximum Save'.

Yup. I had a Dwarf Lord with about the same equipment as yuri's except that I had two runes of fury instead of a rune of fury and a rune of cleaving. Roster Validation Report says: Unit 'Dwarf Lord': Magic Weapons may not be poisoned.
