Dual-Boot Licensing Question

I've got a netbook that I've just dual-booted with Win7 and Ubuntu. I currently have HL installed under Win7; if I want to install it on the Ubuntu side under WINE, will I need a separate license for that? Or will the license associated with that computer still work?
 
As I understand it, you currently need a separate license for each OS. Or at least that's what I had to do with mine.
