Druid bear shaman archetype - totem transformation?

I see the totem transformation appear on the character sheet at second level but I don’t know how to add the adjustments, especially the three natural attacks you can get. (Claw, claw, bite). How do I add those? I’m working on an iPad if it’s relevant. Thank you
 
On the "Druid" class tab, you select the bonus you want. If you select "Bear's Natural Weapons", they are added to your Weapons tab for you -- no need to worry about adjustments.
