ok i give up, i've tried to create the drawback of reduced load for flight for a night now. how do i do this?

additionally, i was wondering if there is an update to the ultimate power data set? hopefully it is coming soon. and i don't have to worry about creating this drawback...

HELP!

From the Tools menu, click "Launch Editor", and when the editor
appears, click "Help". You'll see several tutorials that should help you
get to grips with the editor. Once you're familiar with it, you can add
a power drawback from the "Power Drawback" tab.
