Hey there,

I was wondering if anyone here has worked up a Dragonlance data set for the Pathfinder RPG? I'm specifically interested in the mechanics featured in the books published by Margaret Weis Productions but also the Dark Knight prestige classes from the Dragonlance Campaign Setting.
 
Isnt the Dragonlance game system a Cortex system? That is the system used by the RPGs published by Margaret Weis Productions.
 
Most of the Dragonlance stuff I have seen and own are for d20 or 3.5 rules. Lawful_g has done allot of the data entry for Dragonlance, but it is all for d20 Hero Lab not Pathfinder.

So you would need to either convert it or enter it again. Most of the d20 stuff can simply not be dropped into the Pathfinder data without it being manually changed or re-entered.

Nope, the Dragonlance books published by Margaret Weis Productions were all d20 products.

Where might I find the d20 material?
 
Well, I do believe that MW Productions did produce a d20 sourcebook for Dragon Lance. I was just mentioning that the original 12 (?) module series was done in first edition. Of course, one of those modules was actually and hex-and-counter war-game.
 
Margaret Weis Productions published 11 Dragonlance sourcebooks for the d20 system under license. In addition, 6 modules were created, 3 of which were D&D 3.5 adaptations of the original modules mentioned above, and 3 map packs were made.
 
Do you know if they three modules were compilations of the entire series or just that they only made it through the first three?

i see the Races of Ansalon is in the DL data set but I can't seem to find the Kender Handler prestige class. Is it in a newer set? I have it added to the auto update.
 
I got your PM, I'll try to look at it as son as i can. I have been extra busy at work for a bit and am not sure when I wil have a few mins. Its probably something very simple that we are all missing.
 
I don't remember if the Kender Handler PrC was done in the original set, but I do know all the old stuff was for d20 and I never ported anything over to Pathfinder. Has someone done that? I might be interested in seeing that myself.

I have not heard of anyone doing it so been confused and wondering if everyone here is talking about the 3.5 stuff for d20 HL? Nothing for Dragonlance Pathfinder that I recall seeing or hearing about. Not saying someone has not but if so I am not aware of it.

I had hoped that someone had ported the 3.5 material over to a pathfinder data set, but I know its a lot of work (which is why I have not done it myself). I am starting a game after Christmas using Pathfinder and in Dragonlance. However, I am starting it during the War of the Lance, so I can fake it a little.
 
Dragonlance Pathfinder datasets for HL

*BUMP*

I just updated Hero Lab to 5.0 and i DID notice the new Dragonlance d20 material / data sets in the d20 (3.5) side of the app...

But HOW HARD would it be to convert all of that Dragonlance material over to pathfinder? I would think the hardest aspect would be CMB/CMD stats + maybe adjusting skills by 3 for Pathfinder.

This person who added the DL data to HL -- i need to talk to him. What was his name again?

I have a DL/PF campaign currently running War of the Lance, and i really kinda need this data. Thanks for any replies!
