dragon disciple not stacking with sorcerer levels

the dragon disciples "blood of dragon" power is nonexistent. it lets sorcerer levels stack for bloodline powers. as well as the item amulet of the blooded does nothing at all other than cost you 12,000 gold.....it also brings up bloodline powers by 2 levels. anyone else having this problem. if so please report.
 
Sounds like a bug, you should report it in the stickied thread in the main forum. Interestingly enough the extra level field is increasing on the abilities, but for some reason the level field used to calculate isn't using the right value.
