Dragon-Bane Longsword

Is it possible to create the Dragon-Bane Longsword that appears in the Pathfinder Beginner Box as a magic weapon for a character in the Pathfinder rule set?

The closest I've been able to do is to create a +1 magic longsword that has the custom name "Dragonbane Longsword". What I would now like to do is to indicate that the sword is +3 vs Dragons (on attack and damage) and that it does +2d6 damage against Dragons.

There doesn't seem to be a way to specify that. Is that correct?

Thanks!

Don't know allot about the BB but in the full rules a Dragonbane longsword would be a +1 Bane Longsword. Can't you just add the "Bane" special item power to the weapon?
