Downloader check for completeness?

Is there a way for the downloader to check if I got everything without having to actually download it all again? I got two !! When I downloaded and I don't remember it saying it was trying again to get them at the end, it just said it was complete and to hit any key to quit. Did it grab the 2 files on its own without notifying me?

If I run it again will it try to download all of the files again?

Is there some other tool in hero lab that will scan my data and look for missing files? Things, orphans ect?

Unfortunately there is no way to do it without having to grab everything all over again. Sorry :(
