Doesn't work with Windows 8

I believe we have other users who've installed products under Windows 8 without an issue. Can you tell me the exact error message you're getting here?

Something along the lines that you are running a to old version of windows, or something like that. I now run it in compatability mode so that it claims to be windows 7.

Yep.

I get this same message......

You are running too old a version of windows - please upgrade windows etc etc.

Tried it in compatibility mode. No joy (on ANY of them).

Which version of Army Builder are you trying to run? I tested things with Army Builder 3.4a and they ran without a problem. If you're trying to install a previous release, please let me know which one and I'll check it out.

Hope this helps!

I got the same error when I upgraded my machine from windows 7 to 8.

Here's what I did to fix it.

Go to Army builder in the start menu, right click and then "Open File Location"
Right click on the shortcut and go to "properties"
click the "Compatibility" tab
check the box for compatibility mode and choose "Windows 7"

Then it ran fine.
