Disciple of the Pike

G'Day folks. I just picked up Player Companion #26 specifically for the archetype Disciple of the Pike from Monster Hunter’s Handbook and it doesn't appear to be there. Is it and I am blind, or was it not included for some reason?
 
I have 'Disciple of the Pike' listed as a Cavalier archetype, from the book you mentioned.

I'd check if the source is active (Control - K), and potentially reactivate your license if it's not there to enable or is grayed out.
