I'm doing an update to the 2nd Ed Chronopia files.

There is an item (a banner) that when added to the army, it gives all
units in the army +1 to both MV and ST stats. I've tried using the glob
tag, but it doesn't change the stats. help?

also, I need to limit this item to one per army. more help?

AFAIK, there's no way to do what you're wanting to do. Assigning the
global attribute to an option will add it to all units regardless of
whether or not the item has been taken in the army.

Anyway, I think you're trying to do more than you need to here. Simply
write 'Adds +1 to MV and ST stats' in the item description and let the
player himself add one to each units' stats. What happens if the banner
gets lost during the game (I don't play the game so I'm not sure if it's
even possible) or the bonus no longer applies for some reason?

That's easy enough, on the "Items" tab in ABCreator there's a field called
"# Avail". Simply set that to 1 and only 1 can be chosen per army.

Cheers,
Mark
