If they share stats (except for armor), then shouldn't the 1000 Sons
Terminators get 2W?....or did they mention that too?

I have not seen that FAQ, but it makes sense, however, does that mean
that noise marine terminators:
A: count towards the noise marine requirement for a warp amp?
B: get a free champion upgrade is fielded in a unit of 6 per the EC
article in the latest WD?
I would say yes, but I have not seen any clarification or mention
of that by GW.

I figure I'll answer both questions here:
Do Thousand Sons Terminators get two wounds? Well, you'd think so,
wouldn't you? It was obvious from the start that they should, and
that is what the FAQ strongly suggests. However, 1KSons Termies do
not have 2 wounds in any GW source, and the FAQ never corrects that
specifically, so no, they don't. Oddly enough they don't have
the "can't ever charge" disad either. They are revising the Cult
Termie rules for the Chapter Approved codex, and hopefully these are
some of the revisions included. Tzeentch was really given the shaft
this edition.
As for the Noise Marine question, I don't own a Chaos codex, so I
couldn't answer the first part, as the exact wording is fairly
important. All I know is that Noise Marine Terminators count as
troops if you wish. They don't count as Noise Marines (a seperate
unit altogether). They definately do not get a free Aspiring
Champion, as that rule only applies to an Emperor's Children army,
and then only to Noise Marines. NM Termies can count as troops, buy
can't count as Noise Marines, which is what the sacred number rule
applies to.

You can currently do so in a limited way - if you're in a non-standard
mission scenario (for example, Battle - Defender) go to the Roster menu,
select Composition Rule Set, and select Standard Mission. This activates
the Standard Mission ruleset instead of the Battle Defender one.
However, "Battle - Defender" will still display on printouts etc. In
summary, it would be possible, but not doing it lets you select missions
really easily - from the Scenario selector in the Create Army screen. So
it's unlikely to change, I'm afraid. :/

No, just a Ranged Massive spinefist. I don't have the White Dwarf here,
but IIRC:
For a normal creature, if you take Ranged and Massive on a weapon, it
counts as two weapons.
For a creature with Mass Points, if you take Cluster and Spasm on a
weapon, it counts as two weapons.
IIRC, it's on the fourth page of the article, on the same page as the
descriptions of Wrecker, Tunneller, etc., about half way down the first
column.

all marks in exam

It's all haikus all the time here in Sunny Scotland. First, the Agoniser
doesn't count as Wargear, which is really what the Equipment summary is
trying to show. Secondly, no, it would not be in any way feasible for me
to modify the files so it would appear like that. Sorry

I know that if you run either the demo version of army builder, or if
you run the cd version without the cd in the drive, then the rosters
have an image on the page saying demo mode (or something close). Is
there a way to make this image appear using the full version, and
with different images?
I wouldn't mind seeing the inquisitor's "I" symbol as a background
