Sorry for the late reply - we've been catching up on stuff after getting back from Gen Con. 
That message means that Army Builder has detected that your license has been transferred to another computer. Please make sure you're using a different license number on each computer you have Army Builder on - we provide a free secondary license you can acquire by going to the License menu within the product and choosing "Obtain Secondary License".
I assume you've already done this, but you can complete the Early License Reassignment process to apply for an early license reassignment. If you're sure you only have Army Builder on one computer using this license, contact support@wolflair.com by email and we'll do our best to help you.
