I noticed two bugs with the 1.2 datafiles:

- Matrix Initiative is calculated as Intuition + Reaction, when in fact it should be Data Processing + Intuition. (page 231)

- It seems that when I have 0 ranks in a skill it does not apply the -1 defaulting penalty for some reason. I could have sworn in 1.1 it did that.
