having problems with the custom data

Hero Lab was forced to stop compilation after the following errors were detected:

Syntax error in 'pre-requisite rule' script for Thing 'ioDthFetis' on line 1
-> Non-existent thing 'cDeathmage' referenced by script

Nothing comes up for the SSG stuff

wont let me use the SSg stuff i downloaded

The problem you now have is Hero Lab is running in safe mode. No user files get loaded due to the error.

It's possibly related to this problem in the other post.

You need to remove the file containing the duplicate item before HL will load correctly.

From those ID's I see you also downloaded and installed the "Community Bestiary" which require a good number of official packages to load: Advanced Players Guide, Bestiary 1, Bestiary 2, Bestiary 3, Ultimate Combat, and Ultimate Magic. Without them everything is going to load in safe mode as Bodrin said.

If all you want is the "SGG" stuff then I would advise removing the "Community Bestiary". Go to "Tools->Manage Third Party Updates" and in the new window select "Community Bestiary" and select Delete.

The other option is to purchase the missing "Official Packages" from Lone Wolf.
