Dataset for Cave Druid Ooze Shapes?

Hello, was just wondering if anyone has put out a dataset that allows the user to apply the ooze shape from the Cave Druid (in much the same fashion as the spell adjustment Beast Shape allows you to put on the form of an allosaurus, say)?

You will need to hand code them, I had one or two for my druid. But they are not quite publishable. Most of it can be done with adjustments with the community package. We are all mostly waiting on HL pushing out the Polymorph change they have been talking about for the last year or two.
