Darwin's World v2 D20 modern

I am looking to see if the datasets for Darwin's World d20 modern have been created and are already included in with the d20 system for the Hero Lab software. I searched the forums and did not find anything. I am just trying to figure out if I need to get the d20 system or if I need to get the authoring kit.

The authoring kit is for creating entirely new game systems. If you wanted to modify the d20 files to support a variant d20 ruleset, you would not need the authoring kit to make those changes, just the editor that comes with it.
