Dark Elven Dark Star Cloak Issue

When I add the Dark Star Cloak Arcane Item on a Sorceress with pretty much any other Arcane Item I get an error: "*Unit 'Sorceress': One or more options are not valid"

And I am not over my point limit or anything like that...

Is there a rule in the Army book stating you can't have Darkstar Cloak with any other item? Because I can't find it... or is this just a bug?

Read the Main Rulebook. You can only have one item from any given category (one magic weapon, one arcane item, etc.). The only general exception is Dispell Scrolls and Power Stones; not only can you have more than one of these, but they can be taken in conjunction with other arcane items.

So for instance, you could have the Darkstar Cloak and a dispell scroll, but not the Cloak and the Sacrificial Dagger.
