Dark Elf dreadlord lost Sea Dragon Cloak

It was on an existing file dreadlord and then reappeared when I deleted the old dreadlord and created a new one.
 
The error still appears in the newest update 2.22 when I select the dreadlord as a general. When I select the general box for the dreadlord AB says that the Sea Dragon Cloak is illegal and when i deselect the general box for the dreadlord AB allows me to select the Sea Dragon Cloak for the dreadlord.
 
I noticed lol. Will be fixed for 2.23. I'm not sure why there was a tag saying General's couldn't have it in the first place.....

same bug still exist for Master - when i make him general = sea dragon cloak no longer is valid choice
