Daily Utility powers

Having just picked up HL for a 4E game I am going to join, I'm both new to the system and new to the software, so please bear with me.

Themes from the Neverwinter campaign setting provide Utility 10 powers which are Daily. They are Utility powers which are usable Daily, correct?

Currently, Hero Lab shows these powers as selectable as Daily 10 powers (specifically the Resourceful Dastard Harper Agent Utility 10 power) rather than Utility 10 powers.

Is this a bug in the 4E data for Hero Lab, or is it my mistake in understanding which "slot" the power fits in to?

If it's a bug, is it something I can correct?
