d20pro and HL help?

So I just got HL because my group has been using D20 for years now, and I am trying to install it but it says I can only pick one game, and I dont see d20pro in the list.. Do I just choose Revised 3.5 d20 system reference document?
 
Choose the game system with which you intend to utilize Hero Lab and d20Pro. That's probably the 3.5 SRD system, but if could be Pathfinder or 4E. Once you activate your license for the proper game, you'll be able to generate output tailored for use with d20Pro via the File menu.
