I forgot about that, FG has taken over the Modern Path game system, so we took out their Sensitive dataset to fit under their FG datasets, coming soon. So just delete the FG Sensitive user file and it will load fine.

Basically I re-idtag the SGG Sensitive to same idtag as the FG Sensitive (and a new id tag for FG), to help prevent some load error with characters.

I didn't know if it was safe to remove the file without causing many more errors, so I went and renamed the duplicate for now then unchecked it in character configuration.

Do you have a estimate on the timeframe of the update Frodie? Currently the error is not allowing me to load any of my character on the iPad version of Herolabs. Your Temp fix work fine for the desktop Herolabs, but not iPad.
 
I am still getting an error message after deleting the FG file. Does anybody know what is causing this

The following errors occurred:

Source 'srcSimMoTe' - Reference to non-existent parent source 'pSGG'

This only occurs after I deleted the FG sensative file that was causing the error this error.

PFRPG_Modern_Path_SGG_Sensitive.user (line 957) - Thing - Duplicate record encountered ('arMPSensit').

", IDK. The only thing I can think of is something in the Community SGG files. Weird. I'll see if we can reproduce it somehow.

Timeframe for updates, I think it will be ready this Feb, before we close down. Humadalliance, (here on the HL forums), is doing the update. He is a computer coder, so you should have a better update than what I can do. Anyways, he is doing it in his free time from work, but he says it should be ready around Feb.

Why the files work on a PC and not a Ipad, I have no idea. I don't have an Ipad to check. Hopefully Humadalliance updates will fix whatever is going on, but I don't know how to address cross OS errors.

Also, we will be turning the files over to ShadowChemosh to host. I'll still be checking in from time to time, but Humadalliance and ShadowChemosh might be able to give a quicker response if there is an error in the future.

OK, that info solved my problem. I just needed to re-download the SGG [v1.6]files and the problem was solved. I think I re-downloaded all the recently released files trying to solve the problem before I posted here. Thanks for the help.

The iPad only takes .hl files, and currently Modern Heroes is updated through Hero Lab Update on iPad just like on the PC version. I could transfer them all to .hl but I don't know how that will interact with the version that is on iPad.

Basically it has made my iPad program unusable as is.

I think I can uninstall the Hero Labs from iPad then re-install without adding Modern Heroes but I am unsure if that will work.

You can easily remove a package on the iPad by starting the app and click View Updates. Then on the bottom left side are the Installed Updates. Simply Swipe Right on the package you want to remove and the "Delete" button appears. Click delete and the package goes away.

And correct for the iPads you would need to make a .hl file Frodie of the .user/.1st files with the same Unique ID in the package. This way it could be downloaded to the iPads.

I created a new .hl file from the files you posted Frodie and set it to be v4.0. I put this up on the Community Servers for download under the name of "d20pfsrd - Modern Path (v4.0)". So if you have the community servers setup it should prompt you to download.

Otherwise click THIS link from the iPad using Safari and it should download and prompt you to open using the HL app.

Installing either of these on the iPad will overwrite 3.99 and fix the issues. I just tested it and it worked fine on my iPad.
 
Thought I would share a Psioncis Update for everyone.

If you didn't know HL just made huge change to the Psionics frame work in Pathfinder and so many of the "features" of our community package broke. I am in the process of re-working PU community package right now to work with the new frame work. This includes things like moving all the "Spells" to actually be "Powers". :D

During this I found some "bugs" in HL that are causing issues. So I am working with LW to resolve those. Unfortunately those bugs are big enough that I can't release what I have until the official bugs are fixed. I am in no WAY blaming LW or Aaron and personally think Aaron did a GREAT job with implementing Psionics. What I am finding never would have been seen by LW unless they actually started inputting classes and powers.

I am working on a fixing "allot" of issues with PU currently and this includes moving over allot of fixed issues that was previously done but never released to the community (ie it only existed in Dropbox). So many feats are fixed and the Soulknife Mindblade can now easily be made magical.

The new release dubbed "v2.0" will be out as soon as LW and myself do a little monster bug killing for XP. If these bugs really get me annoyed I may have to bring out my +3 Core Rule Book Vermin Bane weapon. :)

Thanks for everyone's patience while this is going on.

Also wanted to mention that with v2.0 all Spells/Powers will be wiped/removed from your character when you load the .por file. So my advice is a make a Paper Backup copy of your powers or make a pdf of your powers and save it. This way you can easily add back your powers when the new version comes out. Sorry about that...

So, I'm getting the error message "Syntax error in 'eval' script for thing cHelpUhW (Eval Script #4) on line 12 -> Tag 'ClsSllowSp.spUnhoSwo4' not defined" I've not been able to figure out what THAT is yet.

There is also a Syntax error in 'eval' script for thing 'rcuWitchPrhH' (Eval Script #1) on line 4 ->Tag 'thingid.cWitPreHai' not defined. That seems to be one of a set of fifty monster class powers.

I use a laptop, and a Mac, if it makes any difference.
 
This might not be the place for it, but I suspect I found an error in a very small piece of the Community Player Pack. The item, Ring of Corruption (Way of the Wicked Book Six user data) is giving a +2 deflection bonus where the description reads +1.

Since this is a .user file, I was able to edit to eval script so that it does give a +1 on my PC character sheet. But I haven't been successful in porting the correction to my iPad.

If this in indeed an error, can a fix be included with the next CPP for iPad update?

Thanks for the bug report and I will look at it for the next release. Until then on the iPad you could simply put in a AC adjustment of -1 to offset it. Not perfect but it does work. :)
 
I am not the most computer savvy, I have tried to get Psionics Unleashed using the steps at the beginning of this thread but it is not showing up after I start Pathfinder in hero lab. I have all the necessary content on my license and I added the new source URL link. Is there a step by step guide I have missed? "Sorry if this sounds ridiculous, I am not extremely versed in this type of computer usage."
 
Just some things that I found while helping one of my players build a Dragonrider from SGG.

The gold dragon mount seems to have a couple of errors that seem to stem from possibly a copy and paste situation. The alignment is set to be Chaotic Good as opposed to the Lawful Good it should be, and the Natural Armor bonus is set at +2 rather than the +7 it should be. These seem to be what the brass dragon has. Its an easy fix, but I thought I would let you guys know so it can be updated in the main data file.

I don't know if there is anything else, but I did catch these. By the way, thanks for all the work you guys do.
