1. Not everything is as cut and dry in the editor as it is in writing in a book. 3PP companies are notorious for writing an ability that sounds soooo simple and cool on paper, but actually converting that to HL can takes days, weeks or cannot be done at all. All because of a word or sentence that is simple to write. (Usually because it goes against the rules of the game, but not always.) This also means that getting things to show on certain selections in HeroLab that look like it would look like it would not be a "stretch" to add.
2. ShadowChemosh is one person. Not a group of people using the same name. He has a life, and a job, outside of HeroLab. He does not get paid for doing the CB. He does it because it is fun for him. That being said, it is not possible to keep up with everything that is published. This is why their are contributors to the CB. (And when people demand that things be done, then it becomes a job (that he is not being paid for) and is no longer fun.)
3. If there is something that you want to be added that no one is working on, feel free to work on it yourself and contribute it to the CB. That is how it is able to continue to grow. Plus it is fun to learn. (Even when someone else writes the code, Shadow still has to review it to make sure it does not cause other problems, so just because you submit it one week doesn't mean it will be released immediately. The reviewing takes a lot of time to.)
So it is not that something is being "ignored" as you mention above. It is because someone has not taken the initiative to work on it and present it to him for inclusion. If you expect him to do everything, then you will be waiting for a VERY long time.
Note: I am not trying to speak for anyone, including Shadow, just giving you some perspective that has been repeated many times, in many places, on many posts, all over the board.
P.S. Since contributors do things based on what they want to work on, when someone starts demanding that something be done, it makes them shy away from it a lot of times.
